While joining the club is entirely free, members are strictly responsible for their own expenses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by TeamTime Social Meetups Club for a specific event, you must pay for your own food, drinks, transport, or third-party venue entry tickets.

Will there be photos and videos taken at events?

Yes. TeamTime events are highly social and experiential. By attending, you grant TeamMarketer, TeamTime Meetups, and TeamGroup the absolute right to take photos, videos, and audio recordings during the event. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional flyers, social media, and website content worldwide. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event host upon arrival.

How is my registration data handled?

Your privacy matters to us. The data you provide when signing up in under a minute on www.teammarketer.co.za is securely processed in alignment with national data privacy regulations. Your data will be used by TeamMarketer and the TeamGroup ecosystem to manage your membership, communicate event details, and share relevant club updates. What is the liability policy for attending events?

All attendees participate in TeamTime Social Meetups entirely at their own risk. TeamMarketer, TeamTime Meetups, our holding company TeamGroup, and all its subsidiaries, directors, employees, and affiliates accept absolutely no responsibility or liability for:

• Any personal injury, illness, or death.

• Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Any incidents occurring traveling to, during, or returning from our events.

By signing up and attending, you waive any right to seek legal action or financial compensation from TeamGroup and its entities.

Are the meetups supervised or policed?

While our goal is to foster "Safe, Great Vibes", these are relaxed, community-driven social gatherings. Organizers or hosts are there to help break the ice, not to act as security guards, medical personnel, or chaperones. You are fully responsible for your own safety, behavior, and well-being at all times.

What behavior is expected at meetups?

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, bullying, intoxication that disrupts others, or predatory behavior. We want a welcoming environment for everyone to connect, socialize, and grow together. If a participant breaches this code of conduct, TeamMarketer reserves the right to permanently ban them from the club and all future events without warning.
