Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced, and proactive National Co-ordinator to take full responsibility for planning and managing events, tours, and experiential trips from start to finish (A–Z).
This is a senior role suited to someone who can confidently handle everything from sourcing destinations and planning activities to overseeing logistics, safety, suppliers, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities
Event & Trip Planning
Research and identify suitable venues, destinations, and activity providers
Design detailed itineraries and experience plans
Align programmes with client needs, age groups, and objectives
Supplier & Partner Management
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, transport providers, activity operators, and accommodation suppliers
Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure quality and safety standards
Capture photos and videos of venues and activities for use in customer proposals and marketing
Logistics Co-ordination
Oversee transport, accommodation, catering, schedules, and staffing
Ensure all bookings, confirmations, and documentation are accurate
Prepare detailed event briefs and operational plans
Safety & Compliance
Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are in place
Ensure suppliers comply with safety and operational standards
Maintain emergency planning and on-site incident readiness
On-Site Event Management
Oversee the smooth execution of trips and events
Act as lead co-ordinator on-site when required
