Through TeamBuilder Cares — supported by our valued corporate partners, stakeholders, and sponsors — we deliver our complete range of high-impact facilitation, educational workshops, and guided excursions at no cost or minimal cost to beneficiaries.

Youth Facilitator Development Pathway
Empowering young South Africans with real-world work experience, practical skills, and career opportunities.
South African youth face significant barriers to entering the job market. TeamBuilder Cares addresses this challenge by providing a structured pathway into experiential facilitation, event management, and group leadership for unemployed youth aged 18–28 who hold a Matric certificate (NQF Level 4).
Hands-on Experiential Learning: Candidates train directly alongside senior TeamBuilder facilitators, gaining real-world experience in dynamic group environments.
Up-skilling & Free Short Courses: Participants receive complimentary training modules covering group dynamics, risk management, public speaking, conflict resolution, and event logistics.
CV Enhancement & Employability: Participants earn verifiable practical experience, reference letters, and training credentials that significantly boost their employability across the sports, hospitality, education, and event sectors.
Earn While You Learn: Emerging facilitators are integrated into TeamBuilder’s paid event roster as they gain proficiency, creating a direct bridge to sustainable earning opportunities.
